Off-Target Prompt Results VII

While working on my project to create abstract depictions of human pathogenic viruses (see here), some of my prompts to Stable Diffusion didn't produce an image in the style that I wanted. But they still produced something interesting. For many of them, I have no idea what part of the prompt the AI latched onto or what similar word the AI went with.

This was supposed to be Alphatorquevirus.

This was supposed to be Betapapillomavirus. It drew combinations of insects and flowers. Perhaps it latched onto "papillo", which is close to the French word for butterfly (papillon). The flower part probably comes from the fact that the AI interprets most virus names as flowers, probably due to superficial similarities in their appearances.

This was supposed to be Bocavirus.

This was supposed to be Deltapolyomavirus.

This was supposed to be Gammapapillomavirus. More combinations of insects and flowers. See the comment above for Betapapillomavirus.

This was supposed to be Hantavirus. Clearly the AI knows there is a connection between mice and the hantavirus. But these mice have fur that resembles the texture of viral spike proteins…

This was supposed to be Henipavirus.

This was supposed to be Mupapillomavirus.

This was supposed to be Orthohepadnavirus.

This was supposed to be Papillomavirus. More insects and flowers. See the comment above for Betapapillomavirus.

This was supposed to be Rhadinovirus. The strange reptiles are probably interpretations of "dino".

This was supposed to be Seadornavirus. It sometimes used the first three letters to inspire it to draw a fish. But not always.

These illustrations were drawn using Stable Diffusion 2.1.
